So why did I create this website? Well not to long ago I was a massively successful real estate broker with 2 real estate brokerages one in Downtown Boston and the other in Downtown Orlando. Things were going great I had a huge house, amazing cars, and an amazing wife, but it all seemed to collapse real quick even though it took me years to build.
The real estate market came to a screeching halt, it was hard to find buyers and it was hard to tell sellers they had to sell their house for a loss. I was also going through a painful divorce, because I had become a work-a-holic and neglected my wife and her needs putting my clients and deals before my wife. This disheartened me and lost all desire and motivation to continue my career in real estate.
My real estate brokerages had become massively successful because in 2003 I had made it my mission to crack the internet for lead generation and I sure did. I locked myself in my apartment and a few months later had a full understanding of Search Engine Optimization and PPC lead generation strategies. Soon after I had launched 37 real estate websites for the Massachusetts real estate marketplace and quickly achieved massive success in lead generation which in turn helped me sell tens of millions of dollars in real estate.
The big kicker came when I had just settled my divorce after a long hard year my dad had a stroke and was in a coma for 5 months and then passed away. This really caused massive pain in my life and I began to see how we really have a very short time here on earth, my dad was only 54 and me being 34 at the time made me see that time is the most precious thing we experience here on earth. This motivated me to reinvent myself and really start doing something I truly loved. Which was the internet, but I had never sold anything online. I had only used the internet for lead generation not product sales.
So I set out to do just that and launched a successful information product for real estate agents called the REO Kit and have also gone on to launch wildly successful affiliate campaigns since 2007. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on seminars, bootcamps, workshops, and training material from some of the internet greats such as; Frank Kern, John Reese, Mike Filsaime, Jeff Walker, Perry Belcher, and many more.
Because my back had been pressed against the wall and I decided to change my focus towards my true love and passion I have emerged a success in the internet marketing world and intend on having quantum leaps in the coming years. And this is where I plan to share my successes and failures and also will be introducing you to fantastic strategies for making money online.
